A great night was had by all at St Pauls Anglican Church in Seaforth as the men gathered to experience what happens behind the butcher’s shop counter..jpg)
Dave Head of Shiralee Meats in Seaforth brought a cow carcass to the event to showcase the various cuts of meat and demonstrate his amazing carving skills. The men left much wiser about the various meat cuts ... as well as enjoying a great feed!
The proceeds of the night went to Bridge of Hope in Manado helping to bring two families out of poverty by helping them to build a small business using a micro loan.
A big thank you to St Pauls for organising the event and to the ever-generous Seaforth butcher, Dave Head!
